Anthony and his partner from Dell’s Appliance were incredible. They repaired my 5-year-old stackable washer (originally installed by another company before I switched to Dell’s four years ago). Anthony replaced the washer motor, leveled the washer, and restacked the dryer. The washer honestly works better now than it did when it was first installed. I trust Dell’s completely, and I’ll be requesting Anthony for any future repairs. Exceptional service all around.

Had to purchase a new refrigerator for a very difficult space. Involved several phone calls and 2 visits to measure the space. They helped me find just the right fridge at a reasonable price. Technicians and delivery men were very pleasant and helpful.

Awful service, unprofessional employee working here. Made unsolicited inappropriate romantic advances repeatedly even when I politely told him I was there for business. If you are a woman, I recommend you avoid going here. If you are a man who loves his wife and mother, don't go here.

Dell's did the job. Our dishwasher stopped working one day, no power whatsoever. Called on a Friday to schedule; Anton & Dave showed up within their projected 2 hour window on Monday, diagnosed and fixed my problem in 30 minutes. Most importantly, both of these fellows were pleasant as can be, explained what went wrong with our appliance and were polite & respectful the whole time. I couldn't recommend Dell's highly enough.
