The only thing that exceeds their competitive prices, is their customer service! Unfortunately, we have had some on-going issues with one of our refrigerators involving the manufacturer directly, but instead of passing the buck, GW Toma stepped up and advocated for us--- we are now getting it replaced at zero cost to us! Huge thanks to the team here at GW Toma, especially the owner, George Toma himself who personally helped us throughout the entire process! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly exceptional customer experience!! 😁

I have been shopping GWT for appliances for a few years now. Every experience has been a 5 star experience. Most recently I purchased a refrigerator with the assistance of salesperson Bill Ramsay. Bill listened to my needs regarding budget, kitchen measurements, likes and dislikes and directed me toward appropriate appliances. One factor that sets Toma apart from the others is the knowledge of the sales staff regarding every product in the store. They educate the customer without trying to up-sell or pressure you into buying. Same 5 stars to delivery staff. Delivery was as promised. Delivery drivers are always polite and careful. I will continue to shop GWT for all my appliance needs. Prices are very competitive and customer service can’t be beat.
