I wish I could rate Hancock Appliance 10 stars as 5 just isn’t enough!! I can honestly say that my experience from start to finish was nothing short of exceptional. “They definitely had me at hello!!”Billy was absolutely amazing when I contacted the store, I explained what I needed and the size and he picked out the best option for me and then checked his inventory and called me back the same night with all the pricing & sent me a picture of the set online (this was all after store hours). I was so impressed! I went into the store the next day and was amazed at the selection of appliances they had on display, some items were the most gorgeous & unique appliances I have ever seen, it made me want to redo my entire kitchen!! I did buy the washer & dryer that I had planned to originally purchase but wanted to say that I looked into buying this same set at another store and they said they could not deliver the unit because it was too large to deliver up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, when I told Billy, he said “no problem” we can deliver anything, anywhere! My guys are amazing!! And I have to say they were!! Jimmy & Billy were like Hulk #1 & #2! In addition to their size they were also funny & witty and were extremely professional, curtious, and highly experienced! A true rarity these days for sure!! They removed the old washer/dryer and installed the new ones with such ease that it seemed seamless. Billy was right! 3 flight of stairs no problem!!! In addition, they hooked everything up, offered all kinds of operating & cleaning tips and before they left they made sure that everything was working perfectly. From start to finish the entire experience was amazing! I even received a followup call from Billy to see how everything went… talk about customer service!!! I can honestly say they have a customer for life and I will never buy my appliances anywhere else!! I wish I had gone here years ago but so glad I found them now💝

Hancock Appliances is amazing! Their customer service and installation team were outstanding from start to finish. I originally purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. They had to come back three separate times just to complete the installation properly, and it turned out the unit was defective from day one. After switching to Hancock Appliances, everything was completely different. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and had everything delivered and installed correctly within a week. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and wouldn’t buy an appliance from anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Awesome appliance store that specializes in customer service and product warranties. The amazing staff of Bill, Jimmy, Billy, Kiernan and others make purchasing an appliance a great experience. Appliances cost the same everywhere so buy at Hancock to get long-term customer service with a smile. The best part is the delivery service with Jimmy and Billy - it’s expensive but worth every cent!! They will show you all the possible options for placing your laundry tower in tight, small rooms…they are patient, friendly, professional, strong, and lots of laughs!! Hancock Appliance made my microwave replacement and installation incredibly easy from start to finish. The installers, Bill and Jim, were outstanding—professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They arrived on time, handled the install with care, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s rare to see that level of craftsmanship and courtesy these days.
