Ordered a set of Maytag washers and dryers for my property, but there was an issue with the coin slides. Al and Nick went above and beyond—troubleshooting the issue after hours and even over the weekend. When it couldn’t be resolved, they had two new Speed Queens delivered and installed within 48 hours. Fernando and his team handled the install like pros, even getting them down a tight stairwell to the basement. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Hugo’s Appliance!

Al 3rd and the in-store staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the pricing was very competive and the customer service was outstanding. The delivery and installation crew did a great job - they are fast, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Hugo's if you need new appliances you won't be disappointed.
