North Shore Appliance Discount

One of the very few places in N.E. Massachusetts where you can walk into a store, find the appliance you want, and have it loaded onto your truck within 15 minutes. Prices are VERY reasonable. We sometimes have 6 adults living at home, and our primary front-loading washer failed at the worst possible time. Jose was great - he showed us what was in stock, made sure we had everything we needed, wrapped it up, and we were on our way. We got an Electrolux front-load washer, which had a few minor scratches on the sides, zero impact to how it works. We brought it home, unloaded it, took out the shipping bolts, and had it running in short order. Absolutely no issues with the first five loads of laundry. Thanks Jose!

I had a stellar experience buying from Jose! Our fridge unexpectedly stopped working over the weekend, so we went here on a Sunday with low expectations that we would have our issue fixed for at least a few days... well to our surprise we were able to go in, find the fridge we needed, and by that afternoon they delivered our new fridge and took away the old one. We couldn't believe it, but are so grateful they were willing to accommodate us so last minute and on a weekend no less. The big box store would've been not only more expensive, but would've had an earliest delivery time of 5 days out. Thank you Jose and team so much for saving our butts this weekend!

Super! We (My Wife and I) have 4 kids in the house (3,4,17,19) So when our washer Broke we started looking around, FB Market Place I looked a a couple one was dirty the other had a dent and was 3 years old both over 200$ others didn’t reapond and others you needed to bring it down several flights of stairs. Ughh One week later A friend told me about North Shore Appliance.. Bingo! We Got a New Machine slightly damaged (small dent and scratch from dolly or forklift) machine still with packaging on it sticker tags etc. Super low payment and Got a Brand New one hassle free! Jose was upfront on cost and explained everything. Even help me put it in the truck. If you need a Great Appliance and Don’t want to pay retail! Boom! This is the place! On route 1 Saugus.. we have a great steam washer by Electrolux with the 2 year warranty. 30$ out of pocket on the day we got it. Perfect!

My wife and I were looking for a refrigerator for our rental apartment. We went to the Lowe's scratch and dent store in Medford over the weekend. We'll that is no longer there. I googled scratch and dent appliances and North Shore Appliance Discount popped up right here in Saugus. We went today and what a great selection of appliances. Jose was super helpful and no pressure sales. It's a scratch and dent store that also sells new and refurbished items. We bought a new frigidaire refrigerator with a small scratch for our rental apartment. I bought a touch up kit on Amazon.
