Had a great experience at Sam's after getting a recommendation from a neighbor. Had an error code on our jenn-air stove. After attempting to fix it with a new part (twice) Juan identified that it was a control board issue. Realizing that the cost difference between replacing the part and buying a new stove was a few hundred dollars we went to the store and purchased a new stove from Dave, who was knowledgeable and professional. The gas shutoff /delivery / install process was on time, efficient, and very professional. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Sam's.

Our dryer had been giving us trouble and after replacing a couple of parts it still wasn't any better so decided it was time for us to get a new one. I had heard good things about Sam's Appliances and it was very close to home so I gave it a shot. I dealt with a gentleman named Dave who was not only knowledgeable but very personable. I picked out a dryer and it was delivered the next morning, completely set up, and tested. Could not be happier! Kudos to Dave and the entire team at Sam's Appliances. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
