Horrible!!! Don’t know how these people are in business!! Called for service on a outdoor patio grill insert since they are the area service center and let me tell you what a joke! First they don’t come out when it’s cold, but want to sell and service out door grills?!! Makes sense!!! Second they deal with all of Massachusetts supposedly and won’t cross the bridge , only certain times they will! They came took the grill to work with it inside there building, had it 4 months for simple hardware swap! Now they are waiting for weather to get better to test outside before they deliver!! Wow!! Will never deal with these guys again!! Hope people become aware of their scheme!
