I want to start off by saying that the company name says it all! Excellent! Their service technician Jay was prompt, courteous, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I am a former onsite technician in the IT industry and have met a lot of different type service providers and repairers and this has to be the best technician I've met in years. The work he provided and several tips to follow for better appliance functionality is way above and beyond the level of service I was expecting! I called several other repair companies and didn't get the response like I did from excellent appliance. I will definitely be calling this service company in the future with any appliance repair needs that may arise! Don't call anyone but Excellent Appliance and ask for the service technician "Jay"! You won't regret the decision!!!

We are so pleased by the outstanding customer service from both CJ and Larry. We went to Excellent Appliance to buy a washer, and it was delivered and installed the same day by CJ and Larry. They stayed after hours just to ensure our washer was delivered as promised! I cannot say enough good things about Excellent Appliance and the incredible assistance from our salesperson, CJ.
