How satisfied are we with the BauTeam’s work on a scale of 1-10? 100! Last year, we were looking to renovate our kitchen. We wanted to create our dream kitchen with a touch of glamour, modern lines, and warmth. This was difficult because we live in a historic New England town with a traditional/transitional home. We also have demanding jobs with precious little spare time. We met with representatives from Bauformat, SieMatic, Poggenpohl, and Bulthaup. Polina and the BauTeam stood out. Polina was an absolute joy to work with. In terms of service, she is in the top 1% of people we’ve met in any industry. She always has a handle on all the details, gets things done fast, and is extremely open and flexible to ideas. Every time we called, emailed, or texted, she immediately responded with a solution or plan. Just as importantly, each meeting left us excited and inspired. Cost is always a concern for any significant project. We never felt pressured to go for a more expensive option. We always focused on creating a space we loved and within our budget. Polina’s team created three wonderful designs for us as a starting point. The first had everything we asked for. The other two options were more forward-thinking, with options we’ve never considered before. Once we finalized all the details, Polina’s team implemented all the work beautifully. Our kitchen is now the heart of our home. We’ve cooked more than we’ve ever had. Everything is both beautiful and functional. Our only regret is that we'll have to wait until we build another kitchen to collaborate with Polina and the BauTeam again!

It has been such a great experience working with Polina and her team. Besides their modern kitchen cabinets that my wife and I love, I am amazed with level of customer care they continue to provide. Home renovation is inevitably stressful yet Polina and her team made it as pleasant as it possibly can be. Any questions or concerns throughout the process and also after the cabinet/appliances installation the team has been always there for us, answering questions, resolving any concerns we have. Polina goes extra miles for us and her professionalism is truly astonishing. We also went to her for selecting paint color and other accessories for kitchen and they were all excellent taste. I cannot recommend enough this team for your kitchen and bathroom needs. If you are looking for a kitchen/bathroom renovation definitely check this place and their group!

Working with Polina and the BauTeam team has been a great pleasure. Their attention to detail, proactive suggestions and support from initial designs to final delivery are second to none. From the outset, Polina was brilliant at (very nicely) challenging our initial thinking, leading to a kitchen design that is so much better than we could have imagined. When we moved to the build and installation phase we continued to receive the same amazingly high level of customer service, support and engagement from Polina and team and their GC Sorin. As another reviewer has mentioned, home renovation is often stressful, but Polina and team were amazingly accommodating, especially over the inevitable changes that we clients make, with nothing ever seeming to be too much trouble for them, making the process so much easier overall. What was particularly impressive was that their level of service was constantly great from the day we first spoke to them to the day they handed back our keys, a clear sign that they genuinely care about the work they do. If you are looking for a kitchen renovation, you should definitely be talking to Polina at BauTeam and Sorin at Sordan Construction!

Decided to go for bathroom renovation with them after good experience with kitchen!

Our kitchen remodel experience was amazing with BT Newton. Anton and Sofia are true professionals and had the perfect solutions for all changes needed to meet the city permit requirements..BT Boston Teams customer service is exceptional . Sofia was so organized and updated us throughout the process and offered many beautiful design ideas that we loved. The installer Hacob turned all those beautiful ideas into the most amazing kitchen for our family. Thank you to this kind and great team for creating the kitchen of our dreams.
