In 2021 we bought a full suit of kitchen appliances; KitchenAid fridge, electric range, microwave and dishwasher as well as Maytag stacking washer dryer for our new house as we expected our first child. It was pandemic, so I will give them plenty of grace on the timing of the orders and them not knowing when anything was going to actually be available. It was really frustrating having to call them to get updates instead of them figuring out how to use us a simple email to keep us in the loop. That’s not my big problem here. Once our appliances did come in, delivered and installed, the owner, Chris, told us not to worry about filling out the warranty paper work no that he would do it for us. He also instructed us NOT to purchase the extended warranty because “Then he wouldn’t be able to do our service work.” I thought that was nice. But turns out, he never did any of it. We had some issues with the stacking units and had to call them a thousand times to get anyone to come out. When they finally did it too, it took them two times to actually fix it. THEN the polished steel KitchenAid appliances all started having rust issues under the clear coat. I explained what was going on and after several calls the owner, again, finally came out… He brought a can of stainless polish and a microfiber rag! It doesn’t take a scientist to understand one cannot polish out rust UNDER a clear coat with polish! So, he said he would go ahead and get the warranty started to replace the door on the the fridge, washer AND the top of the stove. It never happened! I called multiple more times and they never ever got back to us. A very good friend had had their kitchen re-done prior to us purchasing our stuff and had warned us of them pretty sternly. As they also thought they were doing the right thing by buying local for all the reasons one should. But they got burned on their purchase as well. Now, four years later we have some issues with our stove(the same issue my friends had on theirs) and I am absolutely dreading reaching out to them. We still haven’t resolved our rust issues and lo and behold, they’re much worse now! Look, I WANT to buy local, I go out of my way to support local businesses and generally I am very patient, even when they’re finicky, but this has been absolutely unreal. This was absolutely the most money we have ever spent on this kind of thing and could have easily saved thousands by not buying through them. We were warned!

Made a cart online and wanted to go in and see my options before I committed to buying two new appliances. In the window is a sign saying they support law enforcement. This is not a business that will get any of my patronage so long as they still support fascism.

Our dishwasher has been broken for two months. The manufacturer had us go through Besko's for a repair. We've been asked to call them back 3-4 times at this point for a part that they allegedly ordered but for some reason can't tell us the status of. Why would I even consider buying a new, replacement appliance from this place if they can't answer basic questions and shove all the responsibility on the customer to offer basic service (communicating status). Giving people the run around like this is insultingly unprofessional. Would not recommend.

My six year old refrigerator stopped working, and a young man came out, checked it out, ordered the part, and replaced it. I was concerned that part was not going to be enough because another problem popped up while waiting for the part to come in. The owner was extremely responsive and assured me that they would keep working to fix the refrigerator and get it working again. The part was replaced, and afterward it still was not working properly. They promptly came back and did some more work on it and got it up and running perfectly again. They are dedicated, responsive, and great to work with. I highly recommend them for all of your appliance repair needs!
