Could not have been nicer. Needed a fridge quickly. They had one and brought it right away. Product is good, price was more than fair, delivery was good. Nice people, nice place, nice prices. I almost hate to tell too many people or it will get too busy!

Owner was a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to talk to. I would shop here 100x more than I would ever at an inpersonable box store

I purchased an induction range from this place. Upon bringing it home, I discovered further damage beyond dents and scratches. It had a collapsed side preventing a bottom soft close drawer from functioning properly. It took me 30 min to hammer it out. Additionally, damage to internal plastic parts prevented a seal from being made between the control panel and cooktop. I got a two-years parts-only warranty because I'm handy and can fix it myself. BTW. All serial numbers were stripped off the unit and erased from internal firmware. That's how they sell GE induction ranges. A month from the warranty expiration, the cooktop just stopped working. It was on July 4th and they would not be open till Tuesday after the weekend. Hard to live without working range. I wanted to move fast. I diagnosed and fixed the issue myself, then called the store. The woman, owner, I think, started by being loud, obnoxious and upfront telling me that I did not call them and therefore she will not help me. I said I'd be happy with their cost of the part being refunded. She finally said that I just ask for money without proof and told me to send in the failed part while continuing being belligerent. It cost me $150, which is a pittance. I hope that she can enjoy herself at my cost because I have no intention of dealing with this dismal customer service. Needless to say, I don't recommend them and will never do business with that shop again. All she needed to do was to have a civilized conversation with me, but started accusing me of fleecing her. I'm certain that I could have worked it out with someone reasonable or even swallowed the cost but without aggravation. In the end I am swallowing the cost. So be it. Be warned!

Dave and Linda stand behind their appliances. I had an issue with my dryer 8 months later and because they had a 1 year warrantee they sent me the part free right to my house which was 2 hours away. If I was local Dave would have replaced the part as well. Highly recommend buying your appliance from Dave and Linda.

I have been using D& L Appliances for my property management position for over 12 years. In that time I have bought countless appliances for the properties. Never once- not in 12 years- has Dave or Linda let me down. Excellent Customer Service! Salt of the earth people. So incredibly kind. Simply, you cannot go wrong using D&L Appliances. Sue Foley
