Beautiful experience buying a new washer here. Great people, great service. The sale and delivery was second to none. I believe we found the perfect model for my family and the whole team was a big help, especially Courtney. The delivery was smooth as butter. They were on-time, in-and-out quick, and did everything I needed. On top of all that we supported a local business and not some corporate billionaires. Feels good, man.

We purchased an air conditioner from Stasukelis and when we arrived home with it, realized that we were not able to bring it up 2 flights of stairs ...I suppose we are older than we thought! I called and they said Mike Pellegrino would come and help us. He was VERY professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. We would highly recommend him and Stasukelis. Thank you, Mike.

We purchased more expensive appliances for our home because the sales associate told us there were rebates that would give us money back. We completed everything we were told to do, but months later we’ve received nothing. Had we known the rebates weren’t actually coming, we never would have chosen the higher-priced appliances. Now we’re out thousands of dollars because we trusted the information we were given.

Been a loyal customer of Statukailus for over 40 years. Three years ago we replaced our fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove even though they were all still working. Thought we should do do it before they all break down at once. Spent over $5000 and the $2200 fridge lasted 3 years. We had their repair man come out to take a look. He said it was going to be a " very expensive " fix. When I asked how much he just said "a lot ". When I called the store they said they would contact the manufacturer to see if they would stand behind it. They said that they would call me back. It has been almost a year and I have not heard a word from them. Since then the microwave instrument panel has malfunctioned and the dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes and sounds like a cement mixer with rocks in it. Time to contact BBB and Chanel 7 for help and and it that doesn't work it will be small claims court. I am a 73yo woman who has been taking advantage. Ill fight as long as it takes.

Our experience with This company, Doug specifically, made a world of difference during a very difficult time. We LOVE our new washing machine and every step of this purchase was top notch from start to finish. The delivery was amazing, too. The communication could not have been better! We will never buy an appliance from another store. Stasukelis has gained our trust and loyalty. We will only shop there moving forward!! If you’re reading this and have any hesitation whatsoever- go for it! You won’t regret it!
