I really wanted to love this place as they donate to Habitat. Their sales process is in need of repair. Phone rings forever when trying to order. No follow up by the sales person for days. Was told my appliance would be on the truck to pick up in 2 days by noon. No call to confirm it arrived. It didn't arrive until the third day. Everything had to be initiated by the buyer. $350 installation charge for a dishwasher plus several weeks wait for an appointment to install. They did take my old one back free of charge, and they have a very nice showroom.

Bought a washing machine on the KAM website. Quick and easy. Received a call the next day to confirm everything was correct. The online transaction did not include delivery fee, which was sent via email and QR code. Again very simple. Called to make a delivery which was within a week time. The delivery team was professional, respectful and quick. They unhooked and hauled away the old machine and then set up the new machine. Thiago explained everything and they were onto their next appointment. Highly recommend.

Had a new refrigerator delivered today for my mother. We ordered it over the phone from the Hyannis store as we knew what she wanted. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. The delivery was quick and the guys who delivered were extremely pleasant and did an amazing job. Thank you for the phone texts with the delivery time updates. This is extremely helpful. We will be updating more appliances soon and look forward to your service.

My delivery was absolutely seamless! I got periodic texts the morning of on the status of their arrival time. They arrived exactly when they said they would and made quick work, taking extra care to not bump walls or the appliances on anything. They unboxed everything and took the boxes with them (which is a pleasant surprise for anyone who has had big deliveries, my cabinet company left everything for us to dispose of). The delivery drivers were extremely pleasant to be around as well! Overall one of the best delivery experiences I’ve had!

We're very pleased with our recent KAM experience. Our sales person, Rob, was great - and we loved the team that delivered our four appliances. Wagner on Truck #1 was fantastic! They were xtremely careful and thorough, making sure that all the appliances were level and that we understood everything. I give Werner and his team 5 stars!!
