Tri-city Sales

We had such an amazing experience with Matt Hurley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided great insight/gave us great suggestions at different price points. There is clearly a focus on providing a personalized experience at this store (which is increasingly rare these days) and the whole process was truly a 10/10 throughout. I’ve purchased a number of appliances at Tri-City / Ipswich store for my organization and for personal use. The staff has always been helpful, knowledgeable and informative. They understand their wide range of products and are uniquely suited when the size or application needed is different from what is considered standard. Pricing is fair and competitive, and service is excellent. I highly recommend them without reservation.

Visited the store on Monday and had a new washer and dryer installed on Tuesday morning. It was an easy sale for I did my research ahead of time and met with Cathy the sales consultant who had me out of the store in 20 minutes. The installation was complicated starting with needing a small truck to get under a rail trail tunnel. The actual installation and removal was on a second floor and into a narrow closet. Gsilva express did the installation and were meticulous and skillful during the entire installation.
