The worst experience I’ve had in my life! The delivery guys scratched my brand new installed flooring because they decided not to use the dolly instead they pushed the stove, when I talked to the owner whom by the way has a nasty attitude towards clients and employees he said he was gonna give me some credit on my next purchase. A week passes by and I asked him about it and he calls my friend who was the person who recommended me the place (he works there) and tells him that it was gonna be his responsibility because of he was the one who recommended me! Tells me that his clients never complain for “small stuff” like that! He was rude, nasty and had zero professionalism as an owner! I would NEVER go back nor recommend anyone to shop with them.
