TL;DR - Avoid this place, will take your money and then ignore you. "Fixed" my fridge but broke again with the exact same issue 3 weeks later. Called again and scheduled an appointment to follow up on the issue but he never showed up AND stopped answering calls. If he even just spent 5 seconds and even texted me that he was too busy, that would be okay but ghosting when he made a commitment is unacceptable. I think there's a reason this guy remakes this A1 Appliance business page on Google Maps every year or so because he gets bombarded with bad reviews and tries to get rid of it.

I had a very disappointing experience with A1 Appliances. The technician made me purchase the part myself, which cost $100, instead of handling it as part of the service. Over the course of more than a month, I scheduled three separate appointments and waited at home each time, but he never showed up. In addition to the lack of reliability, his behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this service.

We bought from A1 12 years ago, no problems at all!!!! The timer on the dryer was broken so 12 years later off we went to buy another one, bought it and had it delivered the next day. These gentlemen are so professional and were in and out very quickly. If you are looking for a professional company with great prices, I highly recommend A1 !!!
