I worked with Eric and I can not express how amazing this person was. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and worked with me every step of the way of my kitchen remodel. This person and this company are number one in my book for customer service excellence and quality products. I recommend them to anyone looking for appliances. Best decision I ever made.

We got a new kitchen recently and bought all of our appliances from Advantage Appliance. The experience was 1000% better than going to Home Depot (where no one knew anything about the appliances they were selling). Advantage Appliance wasn’t overly salesly, or pushy. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the appliance market and made it easy for us (providing two separate package options at different price points). Mark Saucier Jr in particular went above and beyond for us. Two of our appliances were scratched by the contractors less than a week after install. Mark took care of both issues for us. Didn’t ask for anything in return. No questions asked. Hard to find great service these days, nice to see it still exists. Would give them 10 stars if I had the option.

I preface this review to say that I just remodeled my kitchen and worked with several excellent independent companies that collaborate very well together as a team. I started my project by meeting with Ryan at Kitchen Sales in West Bridgewater to configure the layout and choose the cabinets. He in turn had me go to Skyline Marble and Granite in Raynham to pick out the Quartzite slab and to Advantage Appliance in Mansfield for the appliances. It's important to appreciate that each company is outstanding in their area of expertise, which made this remodel so enjoyable from beginning to end. With respect to Advantage Appliance, I worked with Mark and saw that his level of knowledge about the appliances was far more than I could expect from associates in large box stores. I also learned that an appliance's model number does not always tell the whole story. Big box stores may have the same model number but can sometimes cheapen component parts, whereas, local appliance stores like Advantage Appliance, know the internal parts and they fix everything they sell. Further, as an example of their service, Mark even filed the manufacturer's rebates for me. I couldn't be happier with the project. Everything works great and as you can see from the photos, the end result is amazing.
