Best buying experience ever! My husband and I heard about the wood stove exchange program. So....we walked in with a lot of questions. The show room is packed with a variety of stoves. They were on it!!! Helped with paperwork. We chose a pellet stove. They installed on time. No hassles. No mess removing the old one. Installation in a couple of hours. Our experience was very good. The showroom was nice, clean and professionally set up for it's size. A sales manager approached us very quickly and answered all our questions satisfactory. We noticed rebates and sales on models and accessories that didn't apply to what we were purchasing so he tossed in the Blower unit for free. The stove arrived at the store in three days. The only discouraging thing to report is that a 'basic' delivery cost $100 and is slow in coming as they are very busy.
