John & Jim both were most helpful! I purchased a LG Washing Machine a few months ago, I couldn’t love it more. Then just picked up my new LG air conditioner. Jim was most helpful with helping me find an air conditioner for my small window that only opens up 12”. He also put it together and carried it to my car! Thank you so much! This will be my #1 go to place for appliances!!! Happy customer!

We were looking to purchase a dehumidifier and found the one we wanted in both brand and size. The gentleman who helped us was friendly and gave us enough information to make our purchase. He moved the unit to our car. They also sell extra virgin olive oil. The oil is from Crete. It is not blended. The gentleman said that it was an excellent oil.

I bought a new washing machine from them last week. Both John and Jim were very helpful. The delivery was today and my wife said the delivery guys were great !!!! They went above and beyond to make sure thing were right. Big thanks to you guys and also a thanks to Jane for my initial contact with the Manny's organization. I went in there with an issue with a different appliance and she helped me find a solution. It didn't help with a sale for that item, but it brought me back to purchase the washer. I'll be back when I need another appliance. Update: I had a problem with the new washer. I tried everything I could, and could not resolve the problem. I called for repair service, The person I talked to could not give me a response date until 3 days out ( which was on a holiday). I explained that this was a new purchase and if they could do anything faster I would appreciate it. I was called back with an appointment later today. The service techs (Michael and his helper) came later today. The problem was solved within 2 minutes. It was a misplaced screw from the manufacturer. Great service and personal contact from the folks at Manny's. If you need a new appliance or service, call them. They are great.

Manny's is an outstanding appliance store. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. Celeste talked with us about our needs and gave us several options to choose from. She compared the choices and highlighted the differences in a way that was easy to understand and that enabled us to make the right choice. The delivery/install went well and they were on time. You couldn't have a better shopping experience than Manny's Pittsfield.
