For a return order, the delivery 3 times and still missing a dryer. And no one took the return back, I spent 3 months on this order back and forth. And I still have not gotten my refund, I think next time if anyone wants to purchase their product, you should find an attorney at first. An order has been processed for half a year. During this period, I experienced out-of-stock, no response to the order, lost goods, damaged goods. Until now, I still lack a dryer, but the customer service cannot solve it and can only refund. I am very disappointed with your service. Sales and Delivery without communication

Received delivery of a washing machine last week. The first complaint I have is that the trucking company never called to schedule a delivery date. They just showed up at my home. I was not called or given any choice of dates. Good thing I was there. Secondly, the following day, I cleaned the laundry room, moving the washer a bit to vacuum. The delivery guy set it back a few inches from the dryer, so I didn’t see the damage after they placed it in the space. The left front panel was caved in and separated from the side panel. It was quite noticeable once the washer & dryer were aligned together. I contacted AC and after several days, they offered me a $75 discount for a $1,500 washing machine. I paid for a new, undamaged appliance. The $75 is unacceptable. I will update my experience after I hear back from them. I’d hate to think that they don’t stand behind their products. Good customer service is the most important component of running a business.

Just purchased a wine refrigerator through Appliances Connection. Wow was it a quick and seamless process. Even though I ordered at Christmas time my order was processed the same day and delivery was setup and scheduled in one day. The delivery was made in 3 business days as advertised and the free "white glove" delivery made it clean and easy for me. I was able to track the delivery all the way to my door real-time. The driver called me 30 minutes before arrival (within the scheduled window). I couldn't be happier with the entire process from order to delivery. My refrigerator is up and running perfectly and I would highly recommend purchasing from Appliances Connection and would gladly make my next appliance purchase from them.

I wished I had checked the reviews for Appliances Connection before sinking a lot of money into ordering my dream washer and dryer. The minor price difference I thought I was smart to find was a lure. Once the order is in, you are stuck waiting. No automatic updates, you have to submit tickets via an antiquated portal and then check back for responses. My washer and a separate drawer unit arrived late and damaged but because of the lack of updates, I wasn't ready to install them right away, and once I unpacked and saw the damages, I was passed the return window. I'll never order from them again. They told me I should bring up the damages with Miele because of warranty. If this was intended as a joke, I'm not laughing. Horrible company. I am only giving one star so I can post this review.

I hired YF logistics to install my new refrigerator and haul my old one away. They told me my new fridge does not have a water line (it does) and the driver charged me an additional $150 to install it because it required “special skills.” After they finished, I found that 1. My new fridge was not sitting on the ground at all but was digging into and damaging the wood of my threshold and 2. There was water LEAKING behind the fridge. Santiago from customer service tried very hard to help me resolve my issue but I have yet to receive a full refund for the additional $150 that the driver scammed from me. I would never recommend this company for any appliances or installations.
