Highly recommend this company. Mac clearly knew what he was doing and the fee was more than reasonable. My LG refrigerator stopped working on a hot day right after I had gone grocery shopping. Fasteny came within an hour, diagnosed the problem, was able to provide a temporary fix, and returned within 48 hours to fix it permanently after the part came in. Mac also fixed the broken ice maker at no extra charge that another company had told me would cost $400 to repair!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Fasteny. Called earlier in the day for service of my Maytag dryer and the service technician was at my home later that afternoon.
