The technician named Mark was great. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem we had with our dishwasher. He was very precise in finding the problem and knew what part needed to be ordered to solve the problem. He did a great job in troubleshooting the dishwasher and suggested that i buy new detergent and rinsing products since mine were rather old and were only adding to the problem. We were very please with his excellent service. Looking forward to his return with the new part once again having my dishwasher in service. Emergency repairs to our refrigerator were quickly addressed by Richards Appliances. Thank you for that! Rick showed up nice and early.
