I've had Ed come out three times over the last two years. Once to fix an ice maker, a second time to fix an error message on our 10-year-old washing machine, and a third time to fix/replace a disposal. He's easy to communicate with and schedule (quick to respond to text messages) and has always been able to come out within a day or two from my request. Goes the extra mile when it comes to explaining the issue and how to keep problems from happening in the future. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Ed is terrific: terrific service, knowledgeable, helpful and great communication. Oh yes— and my oven now works great! I highly recommend Ed’s appliance and will call him first next time I need to have any of my appliances serviced.

I had an issue with my dishwasher. Ed was able to fix the issue at a reasonable price. If I have other appliance issues I will definitely give Ed a call. Update: another issue with my Bosch dishwasher, Ed showed up quick, identified the issue and replace the part in under 30 minutes.
