Same Day Svc Co Inc

This is the most unprofessional, self centered company. I called in a request and told them I would not be available until after 10. They called and requested to come at 9:00 and told them I could not accommodate and they said they could not complete the service that day. I am very disappointed to say the least. Don’t use this company! I am willing to wait for better customer service.

A friend recommended this company and they did not disappoint. Very easy to communicate with, and excellent customer service. I called late afternoon and got someone out early the next morning. The person who fielded my call (Susan?) actually called me back later to give me a narrower service window than she had originally been able to give (and which I originally was going to try to get by calling the next morning at 8 a.m.) The technician, Tristan, came well within that window, explained everything he was doing, showed me what he was doing, and gave general advice. He was professional, friendly, knowlegeable and polite. I definitely will use Same Day Service again but I hope I won't have to for a while :)

Tristan had to deliver the bad news that my four-year-old GE refrigerator had a catastrophic failure, but the overall experience was excellent. They got me in the same day after I called at opening, and Tristan was professional, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Even though the repair would likely cost more than the unit, he provided honest guidance and next steps. I would definitely use them again and would request Tristan.

The technician was very helpful and professional. He explained the problem with my dryer after diagnosing the issue and reviewed his next steps with me. Some parts needed to be ordered but he was back within 2 days. The process was smooth. Both my husband and I were kept apprised via text messages regarding when to expect a return visit. When Wayne returned, he made the repairs, cleaned the outside vent and made appropriate recommendations for a warranty for my appliance. He was very thorough and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
