The salesman, Steve Jones, was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our purchase of a refrigerator and the two young men that delivered it were extremely professional and helpful. In my opinion, they went above and beyond with their customer service. I cannot stress this point enough. I am sorry I did not catch the gentlemen's names, but they deserve more than what they probably get paid for the excellent work they do. Thank you ABC Warehouse for taking what felt like a minor catastrophy and making it a pleasant experience.A+++.

After 20 years of being a loyal customer and purchasing warranties through ABC, my mother (age 82) was treated with complete disregard when she asked to have her warranty honored. She has spent thousands of dollars on appliances for her rentals over the years, yet when her dryer broke, she was given the runaround for months. The service center failed to show up several times, arrived late when they did, and never brought the right parts. It took nearly 6 months, countless phone calls, and endless excuses before the issue was finally addressed. My sister and I had to get involved because the situation was so mishandled. Even worse, instead of accountability, the manager (Chris) blamed the warranty service center, hung up on my mom because she kept calling for updates, and even raised his voice at her. No one—especially an elderly, faithful customer—should be treated this way. This experience was beyond frustrating and heartbreaking. After decades of loyalty, we will never shop at ABC again. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect is unacceptable. Too bad that good service went out the windows with your new generation of managers ABC
