Shawn was extremely accommodating and patient with all of my requests. Even with other customers waiting, he made sure everyone was taken care of promptly. He also helped me through several changes of mind and worked to give me the best price possible. I really appreciated his service.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Ken Pellegata ! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed and at an incredible price. We purchased a washer, dryer, a stunning Italian leather sofa, and a beautiful coffee table, and Ken was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the best options for our home. What really stood out was the level of customer service! Ken was responsive, honest, and explained all options. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and the deal we got was unbeatable. From start to finish, ABC Warehouse in Brighton was on their game! From entering the store and being greeted promptly by what turns out to be a former acquaintance from 40+ years ago, Dar showed us around, suggested products that we were looking for and we struck the deal. We had a few hiccups with our construction which set us back for almost 6 months and upon returning, Dar honored his original pricing and all was delivered the week of 2/02/2026. The delivery gents were as efficient as efficient could be. They had everything unboxed, unloaded and set in place in less than half an hour. No scratches, no bangs and no paint chips. My compliments! A combined work experience of 30 years. Thanks again ABC Warehouse👍👍
