Very selective service, if you are looking to make large $$ purchase service is very extra attentive to your needs otherwise they walk away and you have to pursue them and get a smiler if you don't waste their time and make a purchase. When you ask about a low price ad item you came to see they began discouraging you tell it not any gand push the most costly compatible item. Made you feel like, why are you here?

Do not buy from abc warehouse! They sell inferior crap! Everything we bought from them fell apart in a year. We bought a GE washer and it crapped out 4 months after the 1 year manufacturer warranty. We are a retired couple that does not use our washer hard. The $2000 couch we bought id falling apart also. Crap products is all they sell. The walmart of home furnishings.

I had the best experience with the ABC Warehouse in Canton yesterday! Leon was absolutely fantastic, he is truly a perfect example of caring about the needs of his customer. Leon did everything he could possibly do to make my life easier and I am grateful! I was able to get the power recliner for my mom to move into assisted living! I highly recommend this store, do yourself a favor and ask for Leon! I truly can’t thank him enough, his extra efforts made a challenging time so much easier!

I walked into this store today with the full intent of spending approximately $2,500 on a furniture set I had already picked out. I left empty-handed, not because of the products, but because of the most dismissive and unwelcoming service I have experienced in a long time. From the moment I entered, the atmosphere felt cold. I was the only Black customer in the store, and the difference in how I was treated compared to others was impossible to ignore. I wasn't greeted upon arrival, and when the manager finally acknowledged me, he did a "speed walk" past me, offering a clipped greeting without even stopping to make eye contact or see if I needed help. When I explicitly told him I was looking for furniture, he didn't offer to show me anything; he simply told me to "let him know" once I picked something and walked away. Later, when his colleague needed his help to give me a price, he purposely made me wait while he performed minor, non-urgent tasks around the store. It felt like a deliberate power move to make me feel invisible. When he finally approached me with the price, his tone was impatient and dry, curtly stating, "It’s going to b 1500… and we don’t deliver," as if he couldn't wait for me to leave. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated as an inconvenience or judged by your appearance when you are a ready-to-buy customer. I was ready to sign the paperwork right then and there, but I refuse to give my hard-earned money to a business that shows such blatant disinterest in assisting me. If you value being treated with basic human respect and dignity, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Good deal on washer & dryer. Friendly & knowledgeable. Ryan got me what worked for my family and explained the 5yr extended warranty really well. Two separate deliveries, both went smooth and was a good experience too.
