Amazing experience from start to finish. Our dryer finally stopped working. Called Tuesday mid-day and had a new washer and dryer neatly installed & leveled, and the old ones hauled away by Thursday mid-day. Honest, helpful, excellent customer service. Will use them whenever possible going forward.

My husband and I purchased a maytag washer:MVW4505MW and dryer:MED4509MW. If I could leave a -1000 star review I would! Dryer came right out of the box not working and come to find out from the repair technician whirlpool is aware of the problem that's why they updated the timer. 4 weeks later and still horrible people at whirlpool that know nothing about how to talk to customer's my dry is still not fixed. It works I just have to turn it off myself. If we weren't disabled and it wasn't so difficult to get it out of my basement it would've already been returned and replaced with another Brand! Never Ever MAYTAG! WHIRLPOOL! OR ANYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH THOSE 2!

Very helpful gentleman at front desk that helped me diagnose my 30 year old dryer. Came back after confirming I needed an igniter, and the woman was equally helpful. Always greatful for local businesses that have the knowledge and time to be helpful.

[Update] the technician from this business told us our dishwasher was a lost cause, and that it would cost $800-$900 for him to repair it. GUESS WHAT, after we installed $29.63 worth of new parts ordered from Maytag website, our dishwasher is good as new. We have a Maytag dishwasher less than 3 years old. It has a peculiar leak that comes from one front corner. I called this place for a diagnostic and potential repair job because I thought they were a Maytag expert. As soon as the technician opened the dishwasher, he decided that the leak was due to buildup of particles. My common sense couldn’t comprehend such an explanation, so I tried different ways of asking questions, hoping he would look a little further than build-up. After all it was a relatively new machine. He got upset and firmly claimed buildup was the cause. He priced the repair job at $800-$900. Of course we didn’t request his repair service. The whole session took 10 minutes and he left with a $89 check. After we thoroughly cleaned the dishwasher, it still leaks. Since “expert” couldn’t help, we decided to take a look ourselves. We didn’t need to look far and found that the leak is actually due to a loose pin that secures the top rack. The part that secures the plastic pin on the outside is missing and it creates a loose connection. So water seeps from the edge of the loose pin and soaks the cotton-like material on the outside and drips down to the floor.

Had an issue with my water inlet valve on my washing machine. I was able to discuss with the owner and ensure my issue was that valve. He ordered me a replacement part and gave me enough courage to fix it myself. The washing machine is good as new since replacing that part. Thanks to Bill for the help.
