Williamston Store: I initially planned on leaving 2 stars, but for Matt the front counter sales and Trex specialist was exceptional and most helpful in our planning. Sadly, the yard staff and supervision or lack thereof failed me as a customer. Over 50% of the Trex decking I ordered and they delivered were scratched or stained beyond use. How any lumber company could remotely imagine that the quality of materials I received would be acceptable by the customer is beyond comprehension. Now I’m subject to wait at least a week for MPC to have Trex decking delivered to the Williamston from their Grand River Store. And adding insult to injury, they’re not sure how soon it be delivered due to the dispatcher being on vacation, incredible. It was suggested I pick it up myself if I could, after I paid MPC to deliver it originally. So very disappointing. UPDATE: I trust someone from MPC administration read my initial review. I received a call from my original salesman Matt stating they are enroute to my home with new boards and will pickup the defective boards. Within the hour two men arrived in an MPC delivery truck and brought my replacement pieces, all of which were in perfect condition. I sincerely appreciate the person from MPC administration that read my initial review and took the necessary steps to ensure the issue was addressed, speaks volumes. To that end, I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars. Thank you

Holiday Kitchen review First: We bought the Holiday-Kitchen (HK) laminated cabinets from MPC Lansing a few years ago. The HK cabinets turned out to be poor quality. The edges of the laminated surface peeled off only 3 years after installation. I regret buying the high-priced HK laminate cabinets. Second: The sheet at the bottom of the wall-oven cabinet sagged downwards due to the weight of the wall-oven. I'm disappointed in HK. Third: To solve the issues, MPC Lansing has gone above and beyond to repair the sagging wall-oven cabinet and presented solutions to the laminated edges peeling off. They repaired the issues even though HK's warranty had expired. I am very satisfied with MPC because they fixed everything. They off great service.

My wife and I ordered our kitchen cabinets through Lauren at MPC. Our contractor highly recommended her, and she most definitely did not disappoint! Throughout the entire process, Lauren did a great job and her communication was top notch. We had an idea of what we wanted, but we were unsure of how to fit everything in that we needed/wanted. She came up with an awesome design that fit perfectly in our space. Most importantly, the cabinets arrived on time, so we could get our renovation completed on schedule. We would highly recommend Lauren and MPC, and would definitely go back to her for future projects. Thanks again Lauren!

We love our bathroom vanity! On the sales floor, Mike was friendly, warm, and knowledgeable, and he listened to exactly what we were looking for, so we were able to make a choice quickly that we felt great about. At a time when lumber was in short supply and other retailers could not seem to get high quality stock, MPC came through and delivered a gorgeous, well-crafted cabinet and sink directly to our home. This is clearly a company that cares about their work, from design and sales to craftsmanship. I would recommend and use them again. And oh my goodness, what a difference it makes to my back to have a bathroom vanity at a suitable height!
