Very disappointed with ABC Warehouse. I purchased a dryer and range for my elderly parents on April 12, 2026, and the appliances were delivered April 15. The dryer never worked from the start. When I contacted the store, I was told they would not exchange or return it and that I had to deal directly with LG Electronics. LG sent technicians five different times and ordered parts four separate times, but after more than four weeks the dryer still does not work. My elderly parents have been without a working dryer this entire time. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer support.

The assistant manager Lindsey C. at the Farmington Hills location was one of the most helpful people I've ever encountered during a transaction. She is so nice and down to earth. I can't believe I ever thought negatively about ABC Warehouse in the past. I literally live around the corner and have been avoiding the place. I feel like I should've visited a lot sooner. She along with the delivery service has me sold on being a future customer.

Bruce Gorman is the consummate salesperson. Friendly, professional, derail oriented and chose the perfect GE washer/dryer for our home. If you need ANY appliances, he's your man! Best washer/dryer we've had. Cleans/dry beautifully! Bruce made excellent choice once we told him our needs. He's your guy if you need Anything from ABC Warehouse for your home.
