Whitbeck Appliance

Our installation crew, Dave and Bart from Ann Arbor arrived as scheduled. They were pleasant, respectful, and super efficient and careful installing an entire shipment of major appliances in a new construction home. They dealt with any minor discrepancies in where items needed to be installed without causing any new damage. They checked to see that everything was working properly, instructed us on how to break everything in properly, and left everything looking neat. Shout out also to our salesperson at Witbeck, Patrick Williams, who spent a lot of time with us when we bought everything and helped us select exactly what we needed and also assisted in changing the order I. Short notice when we found we had ordered something that wouldn’t fit. We chose Witbeck because of our previous experiences with Big George’s in Ann Arbor more than 20 years ago (Witbeck is Big George’s in W Bloomfield) and it was a logical choice to shop for appliances in a new home with nothing in it. We weren’t disappointed.

Germaine and Alan were very professional and found a way to get the refrigerator in my kitchen despite small doorways and cramped spaces. They were courteous and nice to have in my house. I appreciated the extra work they had to do. I also appreciate Travis who worked with me at the showroom, answering all my questions and giving me time to make a decision without pressure. I have never been disappointed with people who work at Big George’s. When I told that to Germaine he said he has been working there for 12 years. You must also be a good company to work for. Keep your good employees happy!!!
