Terrible experience. The technician they sent out stated that his detector was broken and wouldn't be able to test, and then told me that if my CO₂ detector were actually correct, we “wouldn’t be able to breathe in the house.” That response was dismissive and unprofessional, especially given the safety concern. Throughout the visit, he repeatedly talked over me and avoided answering direct questions, often changing the subject instead. When it became clear he didn’t have answers or a solution, he gathered his tools and essentially said we should hire someone else who was more knowledgeable. He left without fixing the stove or offering any resolution. For a service call involving potential safety issues, this level of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

They fixed our washer even though it is not a common brand. He found a part that could be used for it and the washer has not had any problems for more than a year although it is an old washer.

Called looking for some oven elements for an old stove. Brad was kind enough to look them up and find them, price them, but wouldnt give a part number. Told me the only way I'd get my part number for such an old part was to purchase them. 34.50 each and would take 3 days to get them. Asked why I couldnt get part number, he replied because he did all the work , 5 minutes on hold, and he had a number and price. He hung up on me. I called him back, hung up again. I actually found my elements on amazon for 22.50 ea. and they were at my house the next day. I'd highly recommend staying away from this sleazeball, especially his rag tag cluttered storage shed of a store.
