Abc Warehouse

The salesman mike and George were both friendly and knowledgeable however the delivery and installation experience was a complete failure. Delivery guys looked for every excuse possible to not install the unit like they were supposed to. At first they said I only paid for drop off and pick up, not install. Then when I showed them the receipt they wanted to cry about moving the dryer over two inches. Total lazy bones. The delivery tracking system literally added stops as the day went on. At noon It showed I was second in line, an hour later I’m fourth, then fifth. That’s not how lines should work. After waiting all day for them to show up they said they didn’t have time to wait for me to move my dryer over two inches because they had to get the u haul truck back to Battle Creek and they just left the washer sitting in the entryway. Buying something from here might be ok but I definitely wouldn’t count on their delivery service for anything but a headache. They also forgot to bring the hoses that I paid for so I have to go pick those up before I can install the washer myself which I also paid to do. D+ experience overall.

The ABC Warehouse located in Jackson Michigan was not a good shopping experience for us on 8/7/25. We just bought a new home and was in the market for quite a few items...Our initial lack luster greeting should have been our queue to not proceed with a purchase. Literally EVERYONE was on their phone as we walked in, barely raising their heads to greet us. Getting genuine assistance was non existent. We did finally have someone walk over to assist us (Mike). Practically everything on the floor we selected was unavailable. We purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer, an upright freezer, Sofa, love seat, recliner, and end table and a lamp. We didn't think about discussing whether or not these items would fit through our doorway. After Scott, the delivery person couldn't get our furniture through the door, Mike from ABC WAREHOUSE told us he should have asked us about the dimensions. Maybe we should have thought about the dimensions as well. Mike also had us come back to the ABC Warehouse in Jackson to select a different freezer because the one purchased was now unavailable. We waited almost 2 hours in the store until I asked Mike to please credit my account if he couldn't locate one. Mike did finally find one ironically from the ABC Warehouse in Lansing Michigan. The furniture situation was resolved too by the Manager Devin in Lansing Michigan. The delivery person, Scott was extremely helpful. Because the Jackson store didn't have the furniture to fit, he referred us to Devin at the Lansing Michigan location. Devin was so accommodating and thoughtful. With his help, we found everything we needed through phone calls and texting photos to me. Devin, in Lansing Michigan and delivery person, Scott really demonstrated what first class customer service is. We are forever grateful for the ABC Warehouse in Lansing Michigan and the delivery person, Scott!!

Went to ABC on Memorial weekend (5/24). Looking for a new TV. Jerry greeted us and gave us some time to look around. Jerry was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We bought a TV and Jerry gave us a two year warranty on it. We also bought a Dishwasher. Then we went back that same day to buy another TV and Jerry wasn't there and unfortunately the guys who were working didn't seem to interested in helping us, so we walked out. We went back Monday because ABC Warehouse was still having a sale on TVs. Jerry was there and I told him what happened on 5/24 and he apologized and we bought another TV. My dad always did business with ABC Warehouse and so have I and neither of us has ever had any problems. Thanks, Jerry. Keep up the good work.
