Abc Warehouse

I'm posting this review on behalf of my friend J. Wall. He purchased a fridge, warranty and delivery from Michael Stenberg on 3/19/2026, from store A32, invoice #a02665. It was to be delivered 3/24/2026 in the afternoon. After waiting all afternoon, he called for an update, and was told he wasn't even on the schedule. Michael never set up the delivery. The person he spoke with offered him a $50 refund (delivery cost $49.99) and said he could set it up for Friday, another 3 days away. He told them to cancel the entire order and went elsewhere where he could get a fridge delivered in a timely manner.

OK, let me start out stating that the Frigidaire refrigerator I bought is a great fridge. The salesperson handled everything over the phone since I was laid up from surgery. The bad part comes from the subcontracted delivery service. instead of taking the doors off the fridge, they took both doors off my house, leaving the screen door misaligned (which I found out after they left). There was no protective plastic sheet on the fridge and they enlisted my son to hold a piece of cardboard against the door jamb while they pushed the fridge through. Unfortunately, the entire face of the stainless steel fridge was scratched. A week later, they brought another one, this time taking off all 4 doors. Listening and watching them didn't instill a good feeling of capability. Then I had to listen to a phone call about another delivery before mine that was unprofessional and disturbing. It took them a lot longer to put the doors on, making numerous mistakes before everything supposedly worked. The took out the freezer drawers but didn't know how to put them back correctly but eventually did through a long trial and error episode. Found pieces and parts on the floor after they left, not knowing if they were from mine or the item they took back. I would have had to get on a step ladder and take apart the top panel and I wasn't about to do that. Next, after filling out a review by clicking on the link ABC texted me, it wouldn't let me submit it, making me ponder if it was the star rating I gave them. All in all, I like the fridge and the price, but I would seriously consider not buying from them again because of their delivery service.

My husband and I have shopped at ABC Warehouse in Muskegon for many years. The sales persons are top notch there. We have worked with Dan M. and spoke with Jose over the phone. Their expertise of products and customer service is unbeatable time after time.. We had a 5 year warranty transfer on our washer and dryer that was honored with replacement of the washer and repair of the dryer. The warranty process was easy to navigate. Their delivery service men were prompt and courteous. We would always recommend ABC Warehouse to our family and friends!

My wife and I recently bought a refrigerator, washer, dryer and electric fireplace for our new home! Matt was more than helpful for us as it was our first time buying appliances! He took his time and helped us shop through multiple trips to the store answered every question we had and even brought some things to our attention we didn’t think of! We couldn’t be happier with the products or the experience! The delivery team was excellent and everything went smoother than I thought possible! Wish we could give Matt more than 5 stars!!!!
