I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Peterson Electric for their outstanding customer service.
My elderly mother recently purchased a refrigerator from a large home improvement retailer in Iron Mountain. Unfortunately, during the delivery, the installers were disrespectful and berated her in her own home because no one had informed her that the retailer's installation policy does not include removing refrigerator doors when necessary to fit through a smaller doorway.
After that experience, we canceled the order and contacted Peterson Electric to see if they could help. From the very beginning, their team was professional, courteous, and willing to do whatever was necessary to ensure the refrigerator was delivered and installed properly, including removing the refrigerator doors if needed. To our surprise, their price was the same as the big box retailer.
The level of customer care we received was exceptional. It's refreshing to work with a local business that truly values its customers and stands behind quality service. Thank you to the entire Peterson Electric team for treating my mother with kindness, respect, and professionalism. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Peterson Electric to anyone looking for excellent products and first-class customer service.
