I called asking about prices and service and what not and the guy on the phone was flat out rude and disgusting No wonder this company only got 3 reviews. After asking him about his prices he simply laughed out loud and hung up in my face. Mind you the person that gave me this company’s number told me “ I do not recommend them to anyone.” But I insisted because I needed my oven fixed but no thank you not anymore.

This company is the best equipment service company I’ve used throughout my 20 year culinary career. They are consistent, honest, affordable and timely. I have used them steadily for the past 5 years and have always had great service and experiences through the kitchens I’ve ran. From new equipment install to fixing old , unmaintained pieces they have always done well completing the job. All of their employees, from office, to repair, to owners have always been respectable and kind. I highly recommend Jackson.
