I recently bought a used washer and dryer from here. The staff were very kind and efficient, and the whole purchase took under 15 minutes. Unfortunately, when I got home with the units and hooked everything up, the washer had a leak and the dryer wasn’t producing any heat. I called the store and asked the manager about replacing or repairing the units. Even though he was dealing with a death in the family, he took great care of me and arranged for the replacement units to be delivered and the old units taken away within a few days—even though the units weren't delivered originally! Amazing customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll absolutely be buying appliances from here again!
