I was a victum of high pressure sales tactics. I was disrespected by a staff member and insulted. He was trying to get me to spend more money on something I didnt want by trying to make me feel cheap. Not cool ABC.

Brieanna Bare, the store manager, made my day! I needed to buy a recliner for my stepmom who was having difficulties sleeping after hip surgery. She allowed me to buy a floor sample and the team helped me load it in the vehicle so I didn't need to wait for delivery. This was greatly appreciated!!!!!

First let's talk about the purchase in store. Brieanna was very knowledgeable about my washer and dryer I purchased. She was friendly and answered all my questions. Second, my delivery guys, Vonnie and Terrance. These young men were so professional, personal, very polite, and just good guys. ABC warehouse needs to be thankful that they have them on their team. I can't praise these two young men enough! Handled my washer and dryer with care and had pedestals attached to both washer and dryer, in no time. They know their jobs well. They had to take my door off, in garage, to get washer in the house. Handled that with ease too. I would definitely recommend ABC and this team.
