Jay has been extremely helpful at helping me select all my appliances for my new construction condo. I am disabled in a wheelchair and he treated with me incredible respect and was patient with my need of repetition due to my injuries. I’m very excited that we found the perfect appliances for my needs including pedestals for the washer and dryer. My induction stove has a double oven which helps with my needs tremendously! His knowledge and honesty were very refreshing. I had an absolutely amazing experience and I will be back to share how delivery and installation goes. I would also like to comment that William assisted me one day on Jay’s day off with emailing me dimensions and schematics of my kitchen appliances. I was presently having tile work done and they were waiting in my home needing the numbers. William sent me everything I needed within 5 minutes! I was very grateful. This also showed the team work mentality of Sargents and puts them at a 10 star!!!

I’ve purchased quite a lot of kitchen appliances from Sargent and I’ve been really happy with the customer service. I had a few issues but their team worked them out for me immediately and kept me updated while they were working on getting answers. It’s hard to rate a store when everything goes perfectly, it’s when there are issues that you can see how good a retailer and team is. The prices were great compared to other stores and the team is great. I’ll continue to make them my go to appliance store.

We had a great experience with Sargent Appliance purchasing our new LG washer. After spending a lot of time researching and comparing models, the staff was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the differences between the models and warranties, and helped me feel confident in my decision. The washer arrived exactly as expected, delivery and setup went smoothly, and the installers were careful, professional, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also took away our old washer, which made the process so much easier. We are very happy with both the service and our new washer. I would definitely recommend Sargent Appliance to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent customer service.

We purchased a GE, refrigerator model #CWE23SP2MS1. Nick at Sargent Appliances in Rochester was a great sales associate and compared multiple models and prices with us. This model fits are needs and wants. Our refrigerator went out and this was a quick 2 day delivery that went 100% and above smooth! The delivery team even helped clear a difficult entrance in! Thanks to the team, we are on budget and very pleased!

I needed a new dishwasher fast. Everyone said it was going to be weeks before I could get one. I called Sargent Appliance and we talked about the ones I saw on their website and I had a new dishwasher 3 days later & beautifully installed. The installer was fabulous, even dealing with my old cabinets that had some fitting problems and my old plumbing that had real fitting problems. And my dishwasher is wonderful. It cleans so much better than my old dishwasher. I can’t even begin to believe the difference and quiet!!! I am thrilled Why would I ever go anywhere else?
