Dryer vent hose wasn't connected during installation. My wife was told she could run it anyway. 95 degrees out and my house was very warm when I get home. She was told the vent hole wasn't in a good enough spot so they refused to connect it. Had to do it myself. I am a disabled vet and hurt my back this afternoon getting it squared away. My house is still hot right now. That is why I am giving them one star.

What a great place, great assortment of furniture and appliances best part the sales people don't circle you non stop. It was very pleasant. Here's a great tip, upstairs is where you will find the sale items!! Delivery is very affordable and quick! I would go back again. This was my first time going there and I just loved it, plus it's in the downtown district in Tecumseh, so after shopping you can easily grab lunch. Easy parking in back enter through the Ace hardware and walk through the store and then you are in Martin's.
