Called the place to schedule for them to come out to put A/C in, told me two weeks out. The two weeks came and was never told someone needed to be at the home so I called them around 4p and left message- didnt hear back and I called and it was 4:59p and Katie picked the phone up and hung it up- never returned my voicemail. The office left me a messages saying they made attempt but never did I receive any voicemail from Capitol supply. So had to reschedule spoke with Katie told me two weeks out, asked if anything sooner, said no- mind you they were out in my community putting in an A/C in an EMPTY unit the next week. I accepted the two week out appt as I stated I need them out here asap and she proceeded to ask if I wanted a further date if the date given wasn't going to work- I stated to her I have children in this hot box and she offered a later date- she is absolutely horrible. I told her she wasn't personable and I know she doesn't care about other peoples kids being uncomfortable in which she has control to assist. Then come to my new scheduled delivery date and they didnt show and now I have to wait another two days to see if they decide to show or not. I called to confirm they were coming and was confirmed by Jessica I was on the schedule and confirmed their working hours arent the same at the office hours and that they would be here. Come the cold time, had to reach out due to the heat not coming on so that wasnt set up intially either.

I set up a call to see why my furnace was not putting out heat. I got a call back not even an hour later from their service technician, Neil, that he could swing by earlier because he was in the area. Neil was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I learned a lot in the short amount of time it took him to get my furnace working properly again. I'm very happy with the results!
