Had new washer and dryer installed. Professional not pushy sales person. Delivery and installation people were extremely fast efficient and went extra mile with water detector and shut off valve. Very nice experience from purchase to installation.

The Apple Valley store is easily accessible with adequate parking and the wait time on a busy Saturday was not long to be assisted by a store specialist. We went to look at washer / dryer sets. We were given multiple add ons to the price listed on the units for delivery, pickup of hold units, installation fees, extended hose for washer. Perhaps we'll say all were legitimate charges however, our sales person was vague on merchandise details which didn't help in making our decision. He was straight forward though on getting us a quote. We left feeling unsure about making a decision based on the quote and service given.

This was an easy one for both of us today. I knew exactly what I wanted and John did the rest. I went here for the best clothes washer money can buy. Speed Queen isn’t just handled by anybody, only appliance stores get the right to carry these. I was in and out of here in 20 minutes with a scheduled delivery appointment in hand. It was a pleasure doing business with Warners’ Stellian Appliance. Thanks so very much :-)

We needed to buy a replacement dishwasher. John was able to answer the questions we had. He did a good job explaining our options during the purchasing process. We were able to complete the purchase and set up the delivery. Quick & efficient. Fair pricing. Quick delivery options. Delivery was done on time. The installer did a great job. He was able to get the unit installed with no issues. He did a good job explaining the operation of the machine.

My previous appliances I bought online and installed myself so this was my first Warner’s experience. Absolutely fantastic process and I will never go anywhere else again. The sales guy was fantastic and took his time over two separate visits to the store I made. He was patient and worked hard to find me exactly the features I wanted in appliances within my budget and measurements. Then the installers came today and were also BRILLIANT! They were friendly, professional and explained everything about my new appliances and best practices for first time use and regular cleaning. I mean they even recommended the names of cleaning products we could find at our local stores so honestly just a fantastic, stress free no pressure experience that I will continue from now on.
