Warners' Stellian Appliance

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Warners' Stellian. We purchased an LG washing machine from them about three years ago, and it has already failed. While the motor is covered under warranty, I was quoted over $1,100 to repair an $800 washer. The repair estimate includes two control boards at $437 each, yet the exact same genuine LG parts are available on LG's website for about $239 each. It's hard to understand or justify that kind of markup. A washing machine should last much longer than three years, and it's frustrating that repairing it costs more than it originally cost to buy. I understand businesses have labor costs and overhead, but this estimate feels unreasonable. Based on this experience, I have a hard time recommending Warners' Stellian and will think twice before purchasing appliances from them again.

We just received our new fridge yesterday, and the entire experience was outstanding! A huge thank you to every team member at Warners' Stellian. Ivan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all of our questions, provided a ton of useful information, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We also got an amazing deal. The refrigerator was in stock, and while the same model was priced at $1,699 at Home Depot and Lowe's, we purchased it here for $1,299. That's a significant savings! The only downside wasn't really the store's fault: black stainless steel appliances are difficult to find right now, so we ended up choosing regular stainless steel. It's close, but not quite the same look we originally wanted. Another big thank you goes to the delivery team. We paid for additional services, including moving our existing refrigerator downstairs, installing the new one, and hauling away our broken freezer. The crew was extremely professional, careful, and very efficient. Because of the limited space and narrow doorways, it wasn't an easy job, but they made it look effortless. Everything was handled with great care, and we couldn't be happier with the service. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their combination of great prices, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding customer service is hard to beat. We will definitely continue to shop here and highly recommend them to others. Adding this review a week later later. It couldn't get any better, right? - Well, it did. The driving crew reached out to their management as they didn't consider that as a full relocation. As a result, they refunded us $160. Honestly, how often do you see a company do something like that? I certainly haven’t. Thank you!!!

I’m extremely happy with my washer and dryer purchase and the entire experience from start to finish. The salesperson, LaTonya, was absolutely fantastic—very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. The installers, Henry and Santiago, did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. You can really tell they care about doing quality work. Overall, I’m super satisfied with my purchase, the installation, and the great customer service. Highly recommend!

Purchasing was a wiz with an excellent saleswoman. She was very knowledgeable and offered options. Delivery was on time and the installation guys were the best. My purchase needed "extra" cutting and measuring. They did a perfect job and cleaned up afterwards. I love Warner Stellian & have purchased from them for over 50 years, Trustworthy & integrity.
