I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Warners' Stellian. We purchased an LG washing machine from them about three years ago, and it has already failed. While the motor is covered under warranty, I was quoted over $1,100 to repair an $800 washer.
The repair estimate includes two control boards at $437 each, yet the exact same genuine LG parts are available on LG's website for about $239 each. It's hard to understand or justify that kind of markup.
A washing machine should last much longer than three years, and it's frustrating that repairing it costs more than it originally cost to buy. I understand businesses have labor costs and overhead, but this estimate feels unreasonable. Based on this experience, I have a hard time recommending Warners' Stellian and will think twice before purchasing appliances from them again.
