Stay away from this company. Installers are absolutely incompetent! Don’t know the systems they are working on. They don’t understand the concept of leveling a pad. They break equipment and laugh about it and tell you to call someone who knows how to fix it. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe this company. Also unable to speak without cussing out customers. Incompetent and extremely unprofessional.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I would post 0 stars if possible. Their customer service is awful. Even worse they contract with an unreliable, inflexible shipping company. Check their ratings on the Better Business Bureau before buying from this company. Saving a few dollars is absolutely not worth the hassle and headaches associated with an order from here.

This company's customer service is horrible and frankly a little shady. They charged me instantly for a washer and dryer. I received the washer and the dryer was back ordered for 5 months and then they told me it was discontinued. Wanted to replace it with a lesser quality non-matching dryer. The dryer was actually available from LG on their site. They tried to switch me into a different set at my expense.

I received a Samsung stackable washer and dryer that has damage to both. All I am getting is the run around. Taking advantage of the disabled is so low and against the law. I'm getting no where with the customer service reps and convenient for them there is no manager around. Please don't shop here you will be very disappointed and will be given every excuse in the book. Horrible service and poor customer service skills. I have reported them to the proper authorities due to lack of revolution.
