Dan's Appliance & Tv

My husband and I have bought many appliances from Dan’s Appliance. We recently purchased another kitchen suite. We have always had great service there but the salesman that helped us this time was so knowledgeable, friendly and so fun to work with. His name was Shane and we were more than pleased. Dan’s has always been good to us and Shane just made shopping there even better. .

I was so excited to go here to look for new appliances because several people had recommended them. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. We walked in and there were two sales people there. I think the person who came to talk to me was Joe (I am not 100% sure on his name but that sounds right). I asked about dishwashers. He took me over to the row of dishwashers and said this is what we have. I asked if he could explain differences to me about them. I then asked about fridges and microwaves. Joe was not eager to help me. I got the feeling that I didn’t look like a for sure sale since I had lots of questions and wanted to know options. I was prepared to purchase a dishwasher, stove, microwave and fridge that evening. I guess it was my fault that I didn’t walk in and disclose that right away. Needless to say Joe told me that he wasn’t sure on options. He didn’t know how to get me the things I wanted and was going to talk to the owner and see what our options were. He took my name and number and said he would call me the next day or the day after that. It has now been 6 weeks and never heard a thing. This was so disappointing to me. I really wanted this place to be everything others told me it was. Do not waste your time at Dan’s if you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for. If you do stop there do not work with Joe. He isn’t a helpful salesman and doesn’t follow up. Such a disappointment!
