I cannot say enough about the entire operation. Every contact that I had with any person from Appliance Solutions has been fantastic. The sales people are beyond knowledgeable about their products and more than patient with answering any and all questions. Purchase and delivery were within a day, and the delivery persons were efficient, kind and cleaned up after install. I cannot say enough about this company. I will not buy any appliance anywhere else….

I had a great experience with Appliance Solutions from start to finish. A big reason I stopped in initially was their online presence and social media content. The videos with Tim especially do a really good job of making the business feel approachable and knowledgeable without feeling overly sales focused. It honestly helped push me toward making the trip in. From there, the entire process was seamless. Sales staff were helpful, easy to work with, and straightforward throughout the process. Delivery and installation went just as smoothly and everything was handled professionally and on time. You can tell there is a lot of effort put into both the customer experience and the way the company presents itself online. Whoever is behind the social media side of things is doing a great job because it clearly works. Overall, really impressed and will absolutely be using Appliance Solutions again in the future.

Today I learned alot I didn't know about dryers. Didn't know a dryer could be so easy to understand. Old models anyway. Had ours for 13 years started making noise like a steam train. Turned out a wheel and a thermostat was all it was. Steve came and fixed it in i thought 15 mins. Not bad. We were originally gonna buy new or used dryer when we came in to this store but decided to fix it instead. Thank you Steve your dad was very helpful as well. Love family owned businesses.

I walked into the store yesterday after my washer died. I bought a washer at a very fair price and had a delivery scheduled for the very next day in the morning that was convenient for my work schedule. SO much better customer service than a big box store. Delivery guys texted me on the way and were on time. Again, not like the big box stores with a 12 hour window. Highly recommend this company as the customer service was amazing!
