Finally getting around to writing a review for an encounter w/ Scott & the delivery crew who helped out last fall 2025…w/out typing all the details (regarding picking up & returning a dryer machine for planned scrapping to finding someone who wished to have it) I just wanted to go out of my way to show my appreciation & gratitude for their help and genuine acts of service. They didn’t have to do what they did to help others out but they did and Scott handled it w/ grace. We appreciated it!

Our family is blown away by the top-notch customer service from AC Carlson! Scott helped us pick out the perfect new washer and dryer set, throughly reviewing different brands, options, and price points. They are a third generation family company which is honorable and rare these days! We decided on a speed queen for quality, longevity, and awesome warranty. We came in nearly at the store’s closing on a Wednesday evening and had the new washer and dryer delivered, set up, and already in use by Friday 9am. Blown away with how easy and seamless of a process it was. Our son fell in love a French bull dog magnet on the model we purchased on their sales floor when we were looking at options. At delivery, Luke surprised our son with a handwritten note from Scott with the magnet. A simple, thoughtful gesture really means a lot! We will recommend AC Carlson to all our friends and family. In a world filled with AI service support and endless phone menus, it’s unusual to get not only a live person to help you… but this company has Lynn! The nicest, super helpful human I’ve encountered in quite a while. I have a routine issue with my oven and Lynn offered a repair service the very next day. She also fixed a scheduling snafu behind the scenes via text. Lynn. Not a robot! Buy your appliances here. The owners are right there to answer questions. They deliver on time and smoothly. And if things go sideways, just call them- Lynn will get everything handled.

I purchased a Maytag washer it was a quick delivery. They brought it downstairs and set it up. I tried to wash a load and the washer didn’t work . Luke was the delivery guy/tech he was still in the area so he confirmed that it was faulty. I talked to a fellow named Matt he was kind of enough to bring a new one out and exchange it. They can’t help manufacturing defects but they can help how you deal with it, and Matt and his team did right by us. Ac Carlsons saved of weeks of warranty red tape. I have been buying all my appliances from them since the 80s. There great guys and gals,
