What an amazing experience. Honest, straightforward and incredibly helpful. They don't just sell you a service or a product, they take the time to explain things thoroughly and make sure you're confident in how to take care of your vacuum. I am more than satisfied with the vacuum I purchased from them, I even took it to my friend's house and vacuumed her super plush rug with great success and fun. Now that I think about it I should have taken photos. Perhaps I can update my review in the future with photos. Oh! AND their products and brands are made with parts that are easier to replace if/when they break or need replacing for general maintenance you're not stuck with a proprietary product. Which ensures the life of your vacuum longer term. I know exactly where I'm going for my floorcare and exactly who I'll be sending anyone I know to when they're considering making a large purchase like a solid vacuum. Working in animal health technology means a lot of fur everywhere in life. My sebo rocked my carpet like no other. And it's aesthetically nice too!!!

My housekeeper said it's time to trade in the Oreck or they were going to quit! Well the frayed cord and dusty bag looked like the horse with no name. They were so nice and sold me a really great new one at a great price. No pressure to buy a new one and didn't feel I was upsold. I felt like they really cared and treated me like they would want to be treated. It's rare to find this kind service, in big box stores, they could really care less about you. I highly recommend and will shop here again! Good Folks!

I had a very positive experience here with repairs that were needed on my older Sanitaire upright. The shop is clean and tidy. JT, the technician on duty when I stopped in, clearly explained their repair policy ($19.95 nonrefundable deposit). He called me within a day to give me a detailed estimate, and then called back again a couple days later to say the repairs were complete. He even washed the cloth bag and the body of the vacuum! I'll definitely be back any time I need service or supplies for my vacuum cleaners.

A-1 repaired my 26-year old Hoover Upright. They were up-front about what they could and could not do for it. I tend to wring the life out of my stuff and with eyes wide open, I approved their estimate for repairs and cleaning it out. They got the job done just two days later, with the invoice exactly as estimated. It’s like having a new vacuum cleaner! When the old Hoover finally does suck up its last crumb, grit, pet fur and dust bunny, I will go back to A-1 to purchase a brand new one.
