I’ve had my washer for two years, and when it suddenly quit, he was there the same day with a temporary fix. When he returned to install the permanent part, an entirely new, unrelated issue popped up, he didn't miss a beat and fixed that on the spot, too. Talk about going above and beyond! Dishwasher started leaking and called them up based on a professional reference and I’m glad I did. The owner himself came out. He was polite, efficient, and honest. He agreed with my thoughts and explained things in ways I’d understand. It was determined I needed a new dishwasher and he didn’t try and sell me one. If I need another repair I’m definitely calling these guys. Small. Local. Honest.
