The staff at Shorties are absolutely fantastic. I purchased a basic washing machine from them a year ago. A few months in, it a part failed and they were able to get it fixed quickly. Recently, it had some additional general wear issues and they were able to come out and address things quickly. I love how they support their customers!

5 stars is not enough! My experience with Stacy, Zack and the balance of the staff was over the top! All people I met were friendly and professional. I replaced all 6 of my appliances! Their service and delivery is unmatched! I've dealt with the big box stores and a large local competitor and received service that was "questionable".

I purchased a brand new washing machine with a scratch-and-dent discount that saved me $200 off retail price. Super easy trailer parking, the ladies there helped load it for me, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They even have a super friendly shop dog named Capone that made the visit memorable. Best appliance buying experience so far. Bought a frigidaire refrigerator from these guys about 5 years ago and it's still working great! Also our dryer went out over the weekend and all the new stores were out of stock. Went to Shorties and found a great LG dryer which is basically brand new. Was able to take it home and get it up and running immediately. The staff is very friendly and also super knowledgeable about all the makes and models, pros / cons, and also service considerations and long term durability. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be purchasing from them again! Update: Also needed to replace my microwave recently. Shorties was literally the only place that had something nice and new in stock that was an exact fit. Picked it up same day and installed a half hour later. No time wasted! Plus it was brand new in the box with full manufacturer's warranty.
